The terms below govern every order and enquiry placed with Srishti Greenpack Solutions. Please read them before placing an order.
By contacting Srishti Greenpack Solutions ("we", "us", "our") for a quotation, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our products and services, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order with us.
We manufacture non-woven carry bags, BOPP bags and self-printed bags in sizes, colours, prints and finishes agreed with each customer. An order is considered confirmed only once:
Minor variations in shade, print alignment or finish of up to industry-standard tolerance may occur between samples and bulk production runs, owing to the nature of the printing and manufacturing process.
Prices are quoted per kilogram or per piece as applicable, and may vary based on material grade, size, print complexity and order quantity. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to change without prior notice for orders placed after that period, owing to fluctuations in raw material costs.
Payment terms (advance, partial or full) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Goods will be dispatched only after the agreed payment terms are fulfilled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and depend on order quantity, customization complexity and courier/transport availability. While we work to meet all committed timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by transport disruptions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We aim to deliver bags that are strong, durable and consistent with the agreed sample or specification. Customers are encouraged to inspect goods promptly upon receipt. Any concern regarding quality, quantity or specification mismatch should be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery, along with supporting photographs, so that we can review and resolve the matter.
As our products are typically manufactured to order (custom sizes, colours and prints), orders once confirmed and under production generally cannot be cancelled or returned, except where the goods delivered are found to be materially defective or do not match the agreed specification, in which case we will work with you towards a replacement, correction or refund at our discretion.
Any advance paid towards a confirmed order is non-refundable once production has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Srishti Greenpack Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including loss of business or profit, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Any artwork, logo or design supplied by a customer for printing remains the property of that customer, who confirms they hold the necessary rights to use it. Srishti Greenpack Solutions accepts no responsibility for any trademark, copyright or design infringement arising from artwork supplied by the customer.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with an order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nuh, Haryana.
